Second Summer School is coming!
Together with The Business Connection, Yes! Recruitment and Training and CreativEncore, we (ADG Consultancy) are organizing the second edition of “Summer School” for professionals!
Starting June 26th, we will start with our training oasis.
Within a period of 4 weeks, professionals but also entrepreneurs and students can attend skills courses. These courses are intended to increase work efficiency by adding knowledge ad skills in their field.
We have multiple options when we are talking about getting knowledge: either you go to school, you get taught in the workplace, OR you do a course once in a while. For many of us, the option of going to school requires major effort as you’ll be there for a few months or years. For others, the second option, is where we get stuck. Are you learning on the work floor? Sure! Who says however, that what you’ve been practicing for ages is the most efficient way of operation? Are you sure that there aren’t more efficient ways to solve challenges? But most importantly: where is your [personal] growth in all of this? And so, there are some of us who go with option 3: a course once in a while. These cost hundreds, if not thousand(s) of guilders so it isn’t often that you can go for this option!
In order to reduce costs of offering these courses, we have entered into a unique partnership with the above mentioned companies. We believe that we are stronger together – we want to create a joint platform, where we can use our different skill sets and contribute to our society by transferring knowledge.
